There are times in our lives where we can feel unable to cope, sad, upset or depressed, often not really knowing why. We might think we are doing OK and coping, but underneath we can feel hopeless and seem unable to do anything to get these feelings to go away. Friends, family or partners just tell you what to do, or may even be part of your problems. Having someone to talk to who is impartial yet sensitive to your difficulties can be really helpful.
Your starting a journey that you need to take. It makes sense to do so with someone you can really trust.
